Handwriting is an essential skill for children. practicing handwriting is an incredibly important exercise for children, enabling them to develop fine motor skills and confidence. It activates the brain and contributes to reading fluency.
An inter- House handwriting competition (both in Hindi and English) was held on 28th July 2022 in Shah Satnam Ji Boys’ School, Sirsa. Total 120 students were selected for this competition. There were three groups:
1st group- 3th to 5th
2nd group- 6th to 8th
3rd group- 9th to 12th
This competition was for LKG to 2nd classes also. All the students participated in this group.
On 6th August 2022, Prize distribution ceremony was held. Prizes were given away to the winners. There are four houses in the school. Marks were allotted to houses on the basis of the overall performance of the students from each house.
1st position was grabbed by Maharana Pratap House with 500 marks. Bhagat Singh and Shivaji House got 2nd position jointly by scoring 325 marks. Udham Singh House got 3rd position by getting 200 marks.
