We, at Shah Satnam Ji Boys’ School, believe that a poem must reach: the eye, the ear, and what we may call the heart or the mind. Keeping this in mind, a Poem Recitation Competition was conducted for Grades LKG to 2nd in which the participants participated enthusiastically and showed their talent by reciting the poem with utmost confidence. There was 100% participation of students from each class. We make every possible endeavour to integrate academics with extra-curricular activities. Keeping this in mind, the poems were selected from the prescribed text. The teachers of English & Hindi ensured all children comprehend the poem well, pronounce words appropriately and recite with proper intonation and expression.
