Freshers’ Welcome, 2023-24
A workshop was organized in the activity hall of shah satnam ji boys’ school. All the teachers of the school were present there. This workshop was organized by Next Education Company.
Mrs. Rachna Narang(trainer), Mr. Sashank(marketing area manager) and Mr. Bhupender(area sales manager) host this workshop.
Mrs. Rachna narang has been working in this field for last 15 years. The workshop continued for 5 hours and Mrs. Rachna narang gave the answers of the teachers problem upto satisfactory level. Many tips were given by her to the teachers like a teacher must make a lesson plan before he starts teaching his class. He should keep the mission of his institution in his mind. To improve the level of confidence of poor students, teacher should take them in any creative activity. Students must be given freedom to express themselves. Mrs. Rachna narang suggested the teachers to conduct these type of activities in future to guide their students.
In the end, the administrator Dr. Hardeep Singh insane and the principal Mr. Rakesh Dhawan Insan thanked the hosts. Dr. Hardeep Singh insane presented mementos to them.
Mr. Rakesh Dhawan Insan suggested the teachers that they should take advantages of these type of workshop and pave the way to students. These workshop will be continued in future Mr. Rakesh Dhawan Insan said.
