Freshers’ Welcome, 2023-24
“Two days workshop on “Personality Development’ has conducted on 7th & 8th oct, 2015 at Shah Satnamji Boys’ School, Sirsa. Its purpose was to develop the communication skills among the students. About 264 students of IX standard attended the workshop.
The workshop was conducted by ‘Expression Institute’ recognized by CBSE. The chief councilors & Trainers Mrs. Geetajali, Mrs. Manju& Ms. Sayna Khan guided the students. Through multimedia presentation, animated and energizing speech, they stressed that for rising in any field of career and life communication plays the most important role. Many workshop on personality development for the teachers and the students have been conducted on national and international level by them.
They focused on the need of personality development parallel to education. In this modern era. Communication skill is the need of the hour. According to time & occasion, what type of costumes we should wear, how to reduce stress in this modern hectic schedule, how to tackle with stage phobia & another fears related to study etc. all these aspects were discussed at length by them. They lauded the discipline maintained by the students present there.
On the closing ceremony of the workshop, the school administrator Dr. Hardeep Singh Insan& the school principal, Mr. RakeshDhawanInsan congratulated the students for availing this opportunity by ‘Expression Institute’ & they honored the resource persons by presenting ‘Token of Honor’. In his speech, the principal said that such types of workshop are organized timely according to the demand of parents & students. Such types of workshops play a vital role in the student’s life. It is the need of the hour to enable every child to tackle all types of challenge in his life.
